Asra is a cryptography engineer on the SecureDrop protocol team at Freedom of the Press Foundation (FPF). She previously maintained privacy and security-focused open source projects that use cryptography, including a compiler for private computation, HEIR, and the zero trust software supply chain framework, Sigstore. She enjoys movement of all kinds, and hopes to hike, bike, and run her way around Earth.
