Dan Staples

Dan Staples is a security researcher for Freedom of the Press Foundation (FPF). As a member of the SecureDrop team, he supports threat modeling and security assessment efforts, helping to find and fix vulnerabilities before they reach newsrooms and their sources. He holds a master’s degree in gender studies from Towson University and has worked in the reproductive justice movement for nearly a decade.
