Ethan P

Ethan is a site reliability engineer at Freedom of the Press Foundation. As a member of the infrastructure team, he builds and maintains the systems that ensure FPF’s websites are always online. Ethan comes from a background in computer networking and automation systems. Before coming to FPF, he worked in a data center maintaining servers, power systems, and edge networks, and then moved to building distributed network automation for a fixed-wireless internet service provider. Ethan is a strong believer in consumer privacy and the open internet, and spends his time outside of work advocating for these issues, as well as for local transit and social equity projects in his home city of Boston, Massachusetts.
