Louise Black

Louise is the vice president of development and operations at Freedom of the Press Foundation, where she oversees the organization’s fundraising goals and day-to-day operations. She has a rich background in progressive activism and previously worked as the deputy director of major gifts and events at People For the American Way in Washington, D.C. Louise also received a graduate certificate in nonprofit management from The George Washington University in 2017 and a graduate certificate in nonprofit financial stewardship from the Harvard Kennedy School in 2022. She resides in New York, New York.
