Rowen is a senior software engineer at Freedom of the Press Foundation and one of the maintainers of the SecureDrop project. They have worked within the internet freedom community as a software developer and as a digital security trainer on projects spanning circumvention technology, privacy, digital safety for at-risk communities, and free expression.
