Sophie Hagen

Sophie is the program manager, advocacy, at Freedom of the Press Foundation (FPF), supporting FPF’s work to advance federal and local legal protections for a free and uncensored press, and to counter government secrecy abuses. She was previously a reporter for the U.S. Press Freedom Tracker, and before that, a book and magazine editor, and paralegal.
